Q: When do pre-orders open? When do pre-orders close? How do I pre-order? Will I receive a pre-order confirmation e-mail?
A: To receive all the latest updates join KITE’S MAILING LIST. You will be notified when pre-orders open and close. Pre-orders open for approximately 2 weeks. To pre-order, use the link in the notification e-mail. Pre-orders are processed via PayPal. UK and EU customers will be charged VAT at 20%. You will receive a pre-order confirmation e-mail approximately 5 days after pre-orders close.
Q: Where do you ship to? How will my items be shipped? Can I change my delivery address?
A: Kite ships to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Japan (orders from countries outside of this list will not be processed). All items are shipped with tracking information via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Please note that your country’s import fees are out of Kite’s control. All customers will be charged the international rate for postage due to PayPal limitations. To change your delivery address, send an e-mail to KITE@KITERETRO.COM containing your new delivery address. If your items have already been given a tracking number you will be charged again for postage.
Q: Can I cancel my order? Do you test your items? What is your returns policy? Do you offer technical support?
A: Kite issues full refunds on all pre-orders cancelled before pre-orders close (cancellations made after pre-orders close will not be processed). All items are tested by hand to ensure they are in good working condition before they are shipped, but should your items arrive damaged or faulty please e-mail KITE@KITERETRO.COM within 30 days to request a replacement/repair. Should your items fail to be returned to Kite successfully, it is your responsibility to follow up with the delivery company. Q: When will I receive my items? Are there any risks? How do I track the progress of my order? Do you have Instagram/Twitter?
A: All items are shipped approximately 3 months after pre-orders close. Check the pre-order timeline before you buy for Kite’s estimated manufacturing, testing, packaging and shipping dates. Kite makes every reasonable effort to reduce any risks, but pre-orders are not risk-free. In the unlikely event Kite cannot fulfil your order you will only receive a partial refund. If your order is delayed you will be informed. You will be updated on the progress of your order automatically via e-mail, but should you wish for additional updates you can also follow Kite on INSTAGRAM/TWITTER.
