Q: Where do you ship to? How will my items be shipped? Can I change my delivery address?

A: Kite ships to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Japan (orders from countries outside of this list will not be processed). All items are shipped with tracking information via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Please note that your country’s import fees are out of Kite’s control. All customers will be charged the international rate for postage due to PayPal limitations. To change your delivery address, send an e-mail to KITE@KITERETRO.COM containing your new delivery address. If your items have already been given a tracking number you will be charged again for postage.

Q: Can I cancel my order? Do you test your items? What is your return policy? Do you offer technical support?

A: Kite issues full refunds on all orders cancelled before shipping (cancellations made after shipping will not be processed). All items are tested by hand to ensure they are in good working condition before they are shipped, but should your items arrive damaged or faulty please e-mail KITE@KITERETRO.COM within 30 days to request a replacement/repair. Should your items fail to be returned to Kite successfully, it is your responsibility to follow up with the delivery company. Q: When will I receive my items? How do I track the progress of my order?

A: All items are shipped approximately 10 days after payment. You will be updated on the progress of your order via e-mail. If your order is delayed you will be informed via e-mail.

Q: Can I buy you a coffee?

A: You can buy Kite a coffee via KO-FI.

Q: Can I use your products to play retro games?

A: Kite's products do not ship with emulators or ROMs and Kite does not condone video game piracy. It is illegal to download copyrighted ROMs from the internet. The Raspberry Pi Foundation has published many articles and blog posts about retro gaming responsibly with Raspberry Pi - Kite strongly recommends you read these (HERE is a good starting point) and stick to legal ROMs.
